Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Important Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, golf grips that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your request within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return.
  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • International customers: Duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • PayPal refunds may take an additional 2-3 days to appear in your account

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or product:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. Once your return is received, we’ll ship your replacement item

For expedited exchanges, you may place a new order for the desired item and return the original item separately. This ensures you receive your preferred equipment without delay.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare with our tour-quality standards), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedited replacement at no cost to you.
